All dogs are required to enroll and pass an evaluation before they are eligible for Daycare or Hotel visits. This ensures they will be comfortable during their time here.

about the evaluation
How we evaluate
At the start of each evaluation, we give your dog space to themselves until they appear more relaxed and have taken in all the smells. We then slowly introduce one dog at a time to your pup. We watch their body language and ensure they continue to be comfortable while each dog is introduced. Over time your dog is in with the rest of the group.
Evaluation report
We give very transparent reports to the owner about how their dog did, including guidance particular to the dog, such as how to help a more shy dog become more comfortable with our facility and our schedule.
Safety First
Please know that Daycare is not for every dog. Because each dog’s safety is our top priority, The Chase reserves the right to not to allow a dog to attend Daycare or stay at the Hotel.
Cost & Scheduling
Each dog’s evaluation takes two hours and costs $15. To schedule, access your user portal or email, call or text us.

1. Create An Account
To get started, create a online profile with all your information & your pets information. Upload vaccinations, emergency contacts and other vital info about your pup.

2. Schedule an Evaluation
As outlined above, all new dogs are required to complete a 2-hour evaluation. This will ensure we are a good fit for your pup, and they just might make a ton of new friends.
